anthony mckeever are you in the legal profession? If so, it's a bit of a worry you seem to be missing the point which is surely to discourage claimant's making low value claims in the first place, if they made it easy then surely the claims submitted wouldn't reduce in any significant numbers?

Unfortunately all the claimants encourage to jump on the whiplash bandwagon by CMC's etc when they even weren't injured, seem to have now spoilt it for all the genuine injured claimants.
