Do members realise that there is even a misconduct committee?

It's instructive to look at the original Charters, and to think back nostalgically to Presidents like Sir David Napley, when the media hung on his every word!

I endorse the idea of immediate action, since the passage of time is relentless, and if we as members don't get a grip soon, all solicitors, no matter where they practise, will be the poorer for it.
