Anon 17.45 - your thinking is correct - A cannot revive the 10% he/she rejected earlier. That would not in itself preclude a loss of opportunity claim, but it would certainly be very difficult to prove that he/she would have done better if, as you say, the offer was a sound one and the advice provided by B on the offer was not unreasonable in the circumstances (I say not unreasonable because sometimes we lawyers get it wrong, but that does not mean we've been negligent).
