Please note that the third one of the third paragraph needs needs to be reviewed. A tenancy at will cannot attract security of tenure as it is excluded, by its very nature, from the provisions of part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and as such a tenancy at will can usually be terminated immediately.
