Martin, is it not a prima facie case of false accounting for a solicitor repeatedly to claim more than that to which he knows he is entitled? If so why does SRA not simply call in the police?

It is fair enough for the SRA to deal with professional matters e g communicating with another solicitor's client, 'internally' i e within the profession. However, when the average citizen would be prosecuted so too should a solicitor. Shiner and Leigh Day should be reported to the police for investigation as well.

Unless we make at least a start now on cleaning out the Augean stable which this profession is rapidly becoming, Hercules himself would not be able to do so.
