Well the response already suggests that the decision has been made and my god the Government are in for a shock if they think the current system is set up and able to cope with the amount of Litigants in person. They are delusion just as Vincents appear to be thinking that their RTA department is going to survive the small claims limit getting upped as there is already next to no money in RTA work.
