I think this would be much easier to stomach if the insurance industry/MOJ had solid evidence to back the proposed reforms. As it stands they don't and it just looks like a case of the big funds behind the insurers bank rolling the government and so the changes will happen regardless of what the true picture is.

I'm sure at some point in the future all of the underhanded dealings will be exposed. Unfortunately it will be too late for the PI sector which will be dead and buried at that point!
