I have used Birkenhead County Court for many years and say what you like they are very efficient at dealing with matters.

Whilst I would say that were generous to Claimants in terms of damages I would say the opposite applied to costs. I had many a detailed assessment where my bill was butchered with a DJ just taking a broad brush approach and slashing the bill . I always felt there was a definite Defendant bias when dealing with costs.
