I've worked in the industry for over 25 years, and am a massive advocate of access to justice, but have to admit that the greedy b*****s that have milked the system over that period, including solicitors and so called medical experts, have only themselves to blame for this. Their abuse of the system for their own financial gain has precipitated the current reforms and let's not pretend otherwise hiding behind the shield of cries of 'access to justice'. Please let's be honest here.
