I am a Claimant solicitor and couldn't agree more.
The greed of some has brought us to where we are now.
Claimant solicitors , not satisfied with the fees they could earn for their honest endeavours, started setting up medical agencies, credit hire companies, costs companies etc etc For the love of God - companies offering telephone triage for "victims" of low velocity RTAs !!- are you seriously suggesting that this is Access to Justice - don't make me laugh. You all know who you are and should be ashamed of yourselves !! You have ruined it for other honest solrs and those innocent PI claimants who will now lose out.
