Further, the executive branch allowes some lawyers to represent both of the plaintiff and the defendant before the same judge in large number of court cases including criminal case.

Dubai Official court's documents show that the chairman of the Dubai Arbitration center had represented both of the plaintiff and the defendant before the same judge in at least 20 known court cases (#3adala_111).
