In fact, the proper world centre for Arbitration should be the UK and I am not sure whether this is promulgated by UK law firms.

Of course, London law firms and courts are well-used to those who want to 'forum shop' to a system of justice that has a body of law that 'assists' one side or the other.
Our Privy Council is a well-used court for foreign disputes.

However, International Arbitration should really offer to make faster and cheaper judicial decision-making and using the law of the land where the dispute originated.

5. These law firms must have access to just about all the world's languages and the rest of the have.

6. Although our courts are extremely expensive, it would not take much for a system of lower courts to be set up now we will have excess RTA and PI lawyers unemployed after the latest civil justice changes and looking for new fields.

7. Although London law firms are expensive, regional law firms are much more reasonable.
