We're no knocking the media.

The media now bases a vast amount of the coverage on churning press releases, Nick Davies from memory dealt with thist exceptionally well.

If you're an editor with 45 minutes of broadcast time or 60 pages to fill it's very easy to get a PR and re-has it, maybe with a couple of quotes from people in the sector.

Anyone and everyone in the media knows this and plays the game.

It seems that TLS does not know how the game is played or is scared to enter the field.

The media won't run with a PR form a firm, but they will run with one from TLS if it's half way competently presented.

We could have seized the agenda and issued a PR showing how shamefully insurers have been trying to prevent the most serious;y injured have been under compensated / forced to wait years for compensation when there was no real issue as to liability & etc and yet what did we get?

this [ ] and this ( ) and the best one of all { }.
