Josephine writes that "clearly" Mr Stafford-Smith "has more sympathy with terrorists than with their victims". If she regards that as "clear" from what Mr Stafford-Smith wrote, I hope that she is not tempted to apply for appointment to the judiciary.
What does appear "clear" is that Mr Stafford-Smith has sympathy for someone he regards as wrongly accused of being a terrorist; and is irate about the abandonment of due process in an effort to save MI6 and assorted Government ministers from embarrassment. Nobody who cares about the rule of law can sensibly disagree with him.
The absurd notion that you display "concern" about the victims of terrorism or any other crime by framing innocent people seems has been around for a long time. I am ancient enough to remember that the first "success" of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 1974, passed in haste in the wake of the Birmingham pub bomb outrage, was the framing of the Guildford Four.
