Those acting for the tour operators have a generous 6 months to settle the cases but they don't. It's an unfair bargaining relationship on claim from an event that happened out of the jurisdiction which are too complicated for the portal. That's why they're exempt. There are heads of damage such as diminution and loss of enjoyment that the claimant needs advice on and each cases turns on it's own facts. The tour operators are annoyed that they've been found out. What's more important their profits or making sure consumers are given food fit for consumption when it's part of a holiday contract. These holidays are too cheap. the tour operators make their money on currency markets
