And realistically it's hard to see what difference it will make, other than wasting trees sending four pages of carp to somebody who never paid the original bill, ignored the three subsequent reminders, and the red reminder, binned the final demand and will also bin the Pre-Action Protocol letter.

But it makes the CPR Rule committee feel nice and think that they're doing what Citizen's Advice want and being nice and fluffy. So that's OK then.

An another note do you reckon if we put in a press release "30 customers from Newton-le-Willows say that having a Change of Name Deed is more effective to change one's name than eating eggs" the Gazette will print it?
