This is precisely what is wrong with the legal profession! Solicitors need to understand that they need to market direct to members of the public and not use these type of companies. At the end of the day, they do not advise the clients, the do not run the cases, they do not act in the best interest of the client (only their own), so why are they involved. Client's need to be represented by solicitors and should therefore come direct to solicitors, not these type of intermediaries. And people wonder why everyone has such a bad impression of the claimant side of the injury! Make a claim whilst shopping for your groceries - really?
