If Quindell were still operating under the original directors the suggestion would most certainly refer to them!
Example is a CMC (ACH ltd) owned by Quindell working as a referral agent, supplying claims data to Silverbeck Rymer also owned by Quindell.
They sign claimants and defendants up at the same time (conflict) and hope because insurance companies work under cloak and dagger (Data protection act) where nobody outside speaks to the other side to ensure fact and truth work hand in hand then nobody gets to know the truth.
What happens next is they sign £150million contracts with insurers giving each other access to the same data.
Corruption of the two industries is my only conclusion!
