Men's rights is a deeply unfashionable concept. All right thinking individuals want to see the reliable prosecution of the guilty. I'm not sure how all this nudging and swaying of the peripheral aspects of the legal process achieves that.
There seems to be a bizarre assertion by some that seeking to question whether something has a detrimental effect on the presumption of innocence or the ability to prove it, means that you are in some way supporting abuse or violence. The two issues should be separated. Remember to cross your fingers and hope that you are not falsley accused of something.
