My heart bleeds for insurers. They must be having such a hard time. And if they are being hit so hard, why is it that we haven't seen any companies failing? Am I right in saying that there hasn't been a liability insurer failure since Independent - some sixteen years ago? If so, the conclusion isn't hard to draw. It's because nowadays they've a monopoly in licensed money printing!
