It is amusing that so many correspondents on these pages are died in the wool Tories who are expecting Labour to rescue their industry from a Tory government. Perhaps they will come to understand that Labour values of looking after the interests of the whole of society and not the vested interests of a few is not a bad philosophy to govern by. Not a criticism of anyone, just an observation.
