I have received numerous phone calls from CMCs telling me that I have been involved in a (non existent) accident that was not my fault, and other phone calls telling me that I need to speak to them urgently about my life insurance. As yet I have not received any calls telling me that I have been victim of (non existent) holiday sickness, but it can only be a question of time.
I fail to understand what CMCs add to the system, other than to encourage claims which are either trivial or non existent, and therefore fail to understand why they are allowed to exist.
