I'm not sure Lord Neuberger was being partisanly positive about Brexit: rather, as it is happening anyway, he was saying that it would in no way undermine London's status as the world centre for legal services.

Much as I am opposed to Brexit, since it is happening anyway (even Jeremy Corbin supports Brexit for heaven's sake: has he no awareness of the depth of EU laws protecting workers' rights, which on the Brexiteers case will be swept away?) it is surely good sense to play the positive aspects to the world rather than wring hands?

Neuberger is trying to tell the commercial world that post Brexit the English courts - and English law- will remain reliable and impartial for resolving their disputes. That is neither an endorsement nor a condemnation of Brexit.
