Anonymous that refers to the [2016] EWHC 3695 (Admin) judgment in which therein at paragraph 5 is stated: "In his written grounds, filed in support of the present application, the claimant has set out a wide-ranging set of allegations including for example that the variation of the order occurred due to the fact that a person or persons in the Metropolitan Police may have stolen a gold Rolex wrist watch listed as a realisable asset. A number of other allegations are made. I have read the documents fully and carefully but it is unnecessary for present purposes to rehearse them at length". Surely it harms nobody if a summary of all the "wide-ranging set of allegations" and a summary of the response from the defendant to the said "wide-ranging set of allegations" are included in the judgment The Criminal and Civil Procedure Rules gives the courts the power to direct parties in a proceeding to identify fundamental issues of the proceedings hence prospect of having lengthy judgments is in the hands of a Judge.
