I, of course, condemned the attack on the Judiciary in the 'Brexit' case, but with this judgement these judges justify the suspicion with which much of the public regard them. They swear to do justice but then do it in secret, so that they can never be held to account, and do it in favour of the State, Nietzsche's 'coldest of all cold monsters', which will never, of course, they so piously have convinced themselves, have excluded any secret evidence that is unfavourable to its case. Those whose grotesque belief in the depth of their perception and the impartiality of their judgement allows them to approve in any way of the behaviour of the Saudi State (I spent years there) and of our State in support of it are exactly those who should not be allowed any say in applying 'justice' as our people would determine it.
