Who writes his PI insurance? Oh, sorry, I've just realised that probably there isn't any. He's in the USA where, presumably, 'chatbot' is not programmed to write letters before action to him alleging negligent professional advice. Of course, those who've gone for this 'service' will have done so because it's cheap - which US lawyers certainly ain't - and thus will just put it down to experience and walk away. Nice thinking, Josh!
