Richard Millett is an excellent and very user-friendly barrister. Interesting that the article refers to his experience including "an emphasis on advocacy in court, arbitration and other tribunals": I thought the same could be said of pretty much all QCs (excellent advocacy skills are still a requirement to become a QC?).

Also good to see that Lidington backs Moore-Bick.

The Government evidently expects the inquiry to be contentious, but is sending a public signal it will not be derailed.
