Report comment

Can someone point me in the direction of the detailed report showing that our clients are less likely to complain and how this information was compiled against the other industries. How was this comparison undertaken, which consumer surveys did they compare with this one and was the procedure comparable.

The Law Society should be looking at this research and if the statement

"It is disappointing to see that people seem to have more confidence in complaining about poor service in supermarkets, banks and mobile phone companies than legal services"

is inaccurate they should be made to retract it and apologise.
