Some client work is routine and significantly administrative, often delegated to trainees. Such as administering estates. Hugely expensive when charged on an hourly rate or estate % fee, and fees which typically have no relationship to the value or complexity. Applying for a power of attorney is incredibly simple for anyone who has the ability to read, grasp the options, meaning and implications. Rule of thumb, anyone who can fill in a tax return.
