Report comment

I'm not so sure that buyers were not warned given nearly all conveyancers provide a report to the client before exchange setting out the full details (if there are any who don't then you probably should start from now).
Perhaps someone ought to explain to Government that the legislature ca pass any Act it wishes causing any practice to be sanctioned eg smoking in a car with child present. Therefore stopping builders creating leasehold interests and voiding any existing ones shouldn't be too hard.
