Just when you think you've rid your mouth of that bitter taste, the insurers strike again. The big insurers and their boards are dishonest and lack almost all virtue. Much as I might be tempted to, I do not blame them. That is what British business has become over the last 3 decades as unbridled profit making has trumped all other concerns.
