As the previous comments say there is no problem here. The law only requires that the courts are open to the press and public, not that special facilities are provided. It is obviously more important that counsel and solicitors have space available.

In any case the local papers stopped sending dedicated reporters to courts some time ago. Most court stories are now re-jigged press releases.
