Based on a generous 5 hour billable day and an lowball 200 days a year at work this equates to you not being an expert until 10 years of legal practice. Not sure I agree with that. To me this is just see through marketing nonsense.

Don't get the ping pong analogy either. I've played at club and county level for 35 years. I've played well over 10,000 hours of ping pong ands I assure you I reached my playing level ceiling long ago! I won't be getting much better.
