Martin Maloney. I do not think 8 years is excessive. He could be out in 4. He preyed on someone who was told she would die within 18 months and was most likely in a terrible state of mind. She was incredibly vulnerable and Cremin took advantage.

So not only does she have the worry that her illness brings, she may have added financial burdens due to this scumbag's actions. I think he should be given longer and made to help Ms Birch in any way he can. Whether its waiting on her hand and foot every day or some other way. When he sees how sick she is likely to get he may think twice about doing his despicable actions again.
