How (anon at 11.41) is a plea to refrain from being rude or tactless an incursion on freedom of speech?Is it not simply a reminder that social media bile is not compatible with professional standards? On the other hand anon at 11.38 has a point. Do real nurses feel mortally offended by the male charity raisers in Shropshire dressed in raunchy "nurse" outfits or is it a case of the local health authority being over PC? Meanwhile on-screen violation of women does not seem to raise an eyebrow. Some types of offensiveness seem more acceptable than others but surely the main point here is to remain courteous which is rather uncontroversial.
