There is an mistake in the comments by Thoe Huckle. He said in the article "there is no such thing as Welsh law". There are numerous Welsh laws. The owner of a Suntan shop in Flintshire who lives in England was fined for breaching a Welsh law on such establishments.
What we need is publicity about what are Welsh laws and a legal system to take on this task and deal with more law making powers which soon will be devolved.
A small point from the last election there was much publicity about the so called dementia tax. Had it been brought in it would only have applied to England.
