This lack of legal aid has been going on for decades. It is a bad joke to say that anyone BUT the Rich have access to Justice. Even if you find a legal aid solicitor ,you then find yourself up against, for example, a Public Body like say the Police ,who spend taxpayers money like water trying to make sure that your case goes nowhere and at the very very end they then settle, costing the taxpayer 50 times what they could have settled for IF they were honourable people. Shameful really that in the 21st Century we have a so called "Justice" system that really despises the ordinary working person. I notice already the in incestuosness of the system when even Bach suggests a retired Judge would be good as Commissioner. Why the F don't they suggest a NORMAL person who doesn't live in the legal bubble ????
