Until one knows exactly what the Government ends up negotiating, there is little one can suggest. For example, if we end up adopting the "Norway Model" by being in the EEA. that would not get us away from EU law as EEA members- that is members of the EU, Norway and Lichtenstein, must adopt EU legislation in key areas, both current and future of law such as employment law, social policy and competition, and subject to judicial review by the Court of the of the European Free Trade Area, which in turn is guided by and follows the ECJ!

Therefore when seeking guidance from the profession, one needs more scope in knowing more about what direction Britain intends to adopt, than to waste too much time on too many hypotheticals.
