Bizarre comments! I voted 'Remain' (on practical not ideological grounds) but see no anti-Brexit line in this story. There is, as has been widely reported over the last year or so, concern that the use of English law and English courts/lawyers for the resolution of international disputes will diminish following our exit from the EU. There have been various initiatives publicised over the last 12-14 months which sought to emphasise that when it came to international dispute resolution UK law and UK forum would remain a sound and reliable choice for resolving disputes.

This campaign develops that theme. What on earth is wrong with that? Is it suggested that following our departure from the EU we want no truck with foreign commercial disputes? Surely on the contrary, we want many more to be resolved here, as part of our global trading expansion!
