Since that tribunal member failed to persuade his fellows, the headline might have read 'Tribunal member not persuasive or successful'. This whole saga has revealed again and again the bias of the establishment against Martyn and his colleagues and the intemperate lengths to which they are willing to go in accordance with this bias. I think John Hyde's comment was a welcome corrective. Either you believe in the system and support its results or you try to find yourself a new system.
