So in all honesty only complex claim handlers have any "legal qualified fee earners" and some supporting staff have "legal qualifications"...not the "many" case handlers you mentioned previously and people wonder why companies like Minster Law try to over inflate damage awards and call them justified when their handlers have no real idea how to value claims correctly
That's the problem with the claimant sector they simply refuse to accept that their great large companies are churning out garbage till its too late then you ask the general public not to the sector with the same brush.
