Yes I have concluded that commentator @11.31 is a male. Life is about assumptions. The balance of probabilities requires assumption. I have assumed (rightly or wrongly) that a woman (on the balance of probabilities) is less likely to describe someone of the same sex who arguably has the guts to speak out about inappropriate courtroom judicial behaviour - as a snowflake. And/or that all advocates ought to be a big strong tough old boots and brush it off. Whatever the sex of the commentator, you have to be a bit of a fool to make such silly and immature comment. Rather more men than women make silly off the cuff comments when criticising a professional colleague for doing what is essentially a very good thing.
If the 'thumbs - up or down' are a fair indicator of what our fellow readers agree, it would appear my comments are commended.
Its not okay for a judge to have a tantrum at anyone regardless of their sex. Its also not great to scorn bravery and honesty. I wonder if those peeps in Twinkle town get the same 'man up comments' for the very recent shocking revelations in their industry.
