Change the words from whiplash to holiday sickness claims and there is no difference in the rubbish being punted out by the MOJ and ABTA.

Lies about the impact of the so called epidemic and false claims, no evidence to support any of their accusations and just an excuse for travel operators to push up costs that will not decrease if claim levels drop.

Exactly the same rubbish as what the insurers spouted about whiplash and so called fraud in RTAs etc.
