WTF is this unbundling rubbish. If a client only wants advice or assistance on a narrow part of a dispute they will seek it. Many clients approach me for an initial advice on one small element such as quantum and pay me accordingly for it. Fairly often they don't return fro any assistance on other elements of the dispute because they have resolved it.
