Scep, if the evidence is there to prove wrongdoing have no doubt the SDT will make the correct finding; they, to me at least, appear extremely thorough and robust in their position.

I would rather solicitors not be faced with 'You are just as likely to have done nothing wrong as to have done something wrong, but for other peoples' protection we're going to ban you from working in the job you've held for 30 years on the off-chance".

As I said before, these are peoples' lives we're talking about, and I wouldn't want mine and my family's livelihood to come down to 50.1% against 49.9%.
