They haven't thought this through either in political terms or practicalities.

1. Are we going to have a small claims track portal and a MOJ i.e. £2/5k portal,
2. if you're LIP are you going to be required to go through AskCUE, Medco and are they going to open MID to joe public
3. will there be a need for expert evidence in the small claims track portal?
4. Can the Courts allocate to FT on grounds of complexity for liability disputed sub £5k RTC

I can't see the proposals getting through Parliament in their previous form.

Also the number of STI claims in this jurisdiction vs others is higher because there is no compo in other jurisdictions and therefore there are no claims, not that there are no injuries.
