The body that purports to represent us is extremely weak.
If we had sound and strong leadership we may be in with a chance - you couldn't imagine the American Bar, for example, being trodden on and ignored like us.
Until leadership changes we haven't a hope of defeating the insurance industry backed Government who are determined to move towards an era where no-one needs a solicitor to act for them.
