Anon 09.25 you accuse another poster of being ignorant but your comments do not particularly demonstrate an understanding what is likely to happen. In all probability there will be accident management companies who will pursue a claim on beahalf of anyone with a small claim for a fixed fee or perhaps a percentage of damages. Currently there are claims out there that don't involve injury but are for damage and / or hire only that do not attract any claims costs. Resorting to ad hominen attached on others commenting does you no service either.
