On a slight tangent, lawyers have to pay for everything and yet the LS thinks that offering free business advice for half an hour will attract SMEs - not sure if this scheme is still running . Many time I got, "thanks for advice" at 30 mins, "I think I have enough guidance to sort this out myself". The day when we get free rent, PII, and other freebies is the day others in society benefit from this philanthropy. I don't remember seeing and I quote anon 7 November 2017 16:02 GMT "Does anyone know any pro-bono plumbers who are keen to promote access to working central heating systems for the elderly or disadvantaged? No, I thought not. Why in the name of *** are we expected to work for free? Any pro-bono bankers, insurance brokers, financial advisers or Estate Agents our there?" Touche Sir! There should be a helpline for survivors lawyers who are trying to telephone the court.
