Client/customer, what does it matter. If anything given the fact we refer to our sources of business as Clients rather than customers must surely mean we should have a stronger grasp of Client relations and instead of complaints being a nuisance after a matter has been billed (because we cannot bill for the complaint), they should be embraced as a way to cement better Client relations and elevate the image of your company.
